Pay: £12.70-£14.40 per hour

Job Description:

We have a vacancy for a Dispenser in Brandon Pharmacy Motherwell

Monday- Friday 09:00 - 18:00

*Open to trainees for the right candidate - full training will be provided, including enrolment onto the relevant qualification.*

Your main duties will include:

· Maintain an accurate, efficient and professional dispensing experience for all of our customers.

· Serving patients on the front counter, selling medicines and taking in prescriptions.

· Support our pharmacist in achieving excellence in our customer experience and meeting all legal requirements.

· Dispensing repeat and acute medication.

· Liaising with Pharmacist and other members of the Pharmacy team

· Dealing with compliance aids

· Give healthcare advice

· Maintaining Pharmacy stock levels

Essential skills and requirement:

· Minimum NVQ2 qualification

· Excellent communication and listening skills.

· Able to comply fully and understand the importance of customer confidentiality.

· Good organisational skills, excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines and multitask.

· Able to build relationships with key partners (GP surgeries, care/nursing homes etc.)

· A willingness to learn and apply new skills
