We are looking for experienced Formwork Foreman to manage formwork operations on a busy project in Greenwich. You will oversee gangs, manage resources, ensure safe working practices and drive programme delivery on our groundwork and RC frame projects.

Managing the formwork gang, including recruiting and reducing labour to suit workload

Ensuring risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out

Excellent knowledge of Traditional erect and strike aluminium beam decking systems, Panel decking systems and Peri Trio shutters

Ensuring operatives are working effectively and in a safe manner at all times

Maintaining site records and keeping them up to date

Responsible for ensuring the correct plant and materials are on site to manage the programme of works

Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications accurately and implementing on site

Managing time, resources and personnel effectively to meet project deadlines

CSCS Gold Carpenter and Joiner / Formwork Carpenter card

CITB 2-Day SSSTS
-
First Aid at Work Certification
-
Temporary Works Supervisor
-
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in carpentry with proven leadership and supervisory skills

Reliable, punctual and able to work well with other trades
-
Right to work in the UK

Working at Height ticket

Harness Awareness Certification
-
Face Fit Certification
-
IPAF / PASMA / CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) / MEWP Qualifications

CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) Slinger / Signaller – All Types, All Duties
