Join our team as Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations.

This pivotal role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and managing a team to drive sales and brand representation. As a Showroom Manager, you will be the face of our brand, inspiring your team and engaging visitors with confidence, clarity, and a passion for excellence. Your leadership will foster a vibrant, organized environment where customer satisfaction and operational efficiency thrive.

Responsibilities

Lead the showroom team by providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling staff shifts, maintaining records of sales activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Organize the showroom layout for optimal presentation, ensuring products are showcased attractively and inventory levels are accurately tracked.

Skills

Proven experience in sales management or retail leadership roles with a focus on customer engagement.
Excellent organizational skills to coordinate staff schedules, manage inventory, and streamline showroom operations.
Strong administrative experience coupled with effective phone etiquette for professional correspondence.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate team members and build positive relationships with customers.
