What is this Role About?
As a Logistics Coordinator at Trimline, your role is essential in managing the seamless flow of materials across global projects:
- You'll dive into shipment planning, coordinate freight bookings and oversee transport arrangements to meet project timelines and vessel schedules
- You're the key point of contact for shipping logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and materials arrive on time.
- You'll also handle critical shipping documentation, maintain compliance, and navigate the ins and outs of customs and international shipping.
- Your role includes reviewing freight quotes to ensure cost-effective shipping, problem-solving logistics challenges, and providing practical guidance to project teams and partners.
- As an expert in logistics, you'll flag potential risks, suggest solutions, and ensure operational continuity when needed.
- Your innovative mindset will support the improvement of our systems, making processes more efficient with the latest technologies.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, shipment planning, or freight management within a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
- Strong understanding of international shipping processes, including customs requirements, export/import regulations, and global freight movements.
- Experience managing freight bookings and transport arrangements, ensuring materials arrive on time and in line with project schedules.
- Ability to review and assess freight quotes, ensuring cost‑effective and compliant shipping solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify risks early, propose practical solutions, and maintain operational continuity.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling shipping documentation and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities while maintaining professionalism.
