About Us
4-day week | Unique quarterly bonus | Great environment | Established business
At Comparison Technologies, we're redefining how consumers discover deals and switch their services. Our relaxed but high-productivity working environment is built on trust, collaboration and a shared drive to deliver exceptional results.
(That’s the waffly way of saying we build comparison websites and have a great team who all genuinely enjoy working together, and are really good at what they do.)
We value self-starters who are not just looking for a job, but a place to thrive, grow, and make an impact. We offer private healthcare, and a very generous, realistic quarterly bonus scheme that truly rewards your contributions. It’s not based on some unattainable target; everyone gets a share of GP, so we are all working towards the same goal.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of our performance marketing strategy across multiple brands and verticals, helping drive profitable growth through paid channels.

Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and performance issues, turning findings into clear commercial recommendations.
Building and refining online-to-offline marketing strategies, incorporating call tracking, lead quality analysis and offline conversion reporting.
Collaborating with in-house teams to maximise acquisition performance and conversion rates.
Coaching and mentoring our existing Performance Marketing Manager, helping to build performance marketing capability across the business.
Working closely with platform partners, agencies and consultants to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry best practice.
