Full job description

Colets Health and Fitness, a large independent health club based in Thames Ditton Surrey, and we are currently looking for full time lifeguards.

Role:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated lifeguards to join our team.

In this role you will be expected to promote and deliver effective safeguarding practices across all activities.

Main Duties:

Ensure swimmers are safe, enforce water safety policies & pool regulations
Respond to emergencies and carry out rescues
Provide basic first aid and CPR

Skills:

Understanding of safety responsibilities of a lifeguard
Knowledge of pool safety protocols, emergency & accident procedures
Good communicator
Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
Professional, well-organised
Good time keeping and regular attendance
Flexibility to work weekdays (which will include early and late evenings shifts) and

weekends

Qualification Requirements:

Valid NPLQ Qualification.
First Aid & Defib Qualification
To undertake a DBS check
Complete ongoing safeguarding training
