We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote store initiatives.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product launches, and inventory levels.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanour with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
