SIA Badge (CP/DS/SG) & Full UK Manual Driving Licence are required.
Driving Standards, Induction & Assessment
This is a professional security driving role, working in the mobile security sector.
We take driving standards extremely seriously and will provide you with the vehicle, tools and training to deliver a high standard of professional driving and customer service delivery.
All new drivers are monitored using a range of telematics, job completions and feedback obtained.
You will be required to complete and pass a vehicle induction and driving assessment within your probationary period.
Random and scheduled driver training will be provided throughout your employment & to ensure you maintain a high standard of driving.
Safe and courteous driving will be acknowledged and rewarded.
Mobile Response Role
You will work across the company’s footprint both regional and nationally.
We deliver a variety of scheduled, planned and reactive works throughout a 24-hour period.
These include
· Open and closing a range of buildings, sites and retail/business parks
· Property Inspections
· Mobile Patrols
· Emergency Response across a range of systems including Fire/Intruder/CCTV & Student Lockouts
· Service Delivery Set Ups
· Fire Safety Checks
Our clients entrust the safety of their businesses, properties, assets, staff & family members to us and it is imperative that all Officers understand and accept this level or responsibility.
You will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern over a 7/8-day period.
Our 24/7 Helpdesk will be the main point of contact for you during your shifts, together with a Duty Manager.
Training & Induction
We have an in-house training framework covering all the role requirements, so whilst experienced officers are of course welcomed, we are looking for new entry applicants with an interest in delivering high quality compliance and security services in a mobile security business.
You will be supported and trained through a phased induction and familiarisation period, during which time your suitability and competence will be reviewed, and additional training modules will be completed to develop your skillset and support you in your role.

Hourly Rate: £13.45
6-month probationary period, this period can be reduced for Officers who consistently deliver our services to the required standard and comply with our company policies and procedures.
