The Role:

As a New Car Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for their perfect vehicle lease. Your role will involve:

Engaging with inbound leads, building strong relationships, and understanding customer needs.
Providing expert advice on our extensive range of lease options and vehicle choices.
Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
Proactively managing your pipeline, following up on leads, and maximising every sales opportunity.
Collaborating with our Sales Support and Aftersales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets – and being rewarded for your success!

Who Are We Looking For?

Proven experience in sales, preferably in car leasing, automotive, or finance (but not essential – we hire attitude as much as experience!).
A natural communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Confidence using CRM systems and working in a structured sales process.
