About the Role
We are seeking two innovative and motivated TEC Transformation Co-ordinators to play a pivotal role in transforming Adult Social Care through the integration of technology and data-driven solutions.
These exciting roles are responsible for embedding a positive, forward-thinking digital mindset across services, supporting social care professionals to embrace how technology can improve outcomes for people. You will empower colleagues to utilise digital assistive technologies that enable individuals to live more independently, stay connected to their communities and loved ones, and better manage their health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the embedding of technology-enabled care within social care practice, systems and processes
- Inspire and support culture change, encouraging adoption of digital and data-led solutions across teams
- Coach, guide and influence practitioners to confidently prescribe and utilise assistive technology
- Facilitate service transformation and continuous improvement, driving innovation and improved outcomes
- Deliver training programmes, workshops and practical guidance for staff across the organisation
- Develop and update policies, procedures, and practice guidance aligned with digital transformation goals
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting shared organisational priorities
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, partners, local communities, and families
- Provide expert advice on complex cases, overcoming barriers, myths, and resistance to technology use
- Use data and insights to enhance strengths-based practice and inform decision-making across services
- Support the development of equitable, person-centred solutions embedded within the social care model
- Contribute to efficiency savings through innovation and effective use of digital solutions
About You
We are looking for two candidates who are:
- Experienced in strengths-based social care practice with a strong understanding of adult social care systems
- Passionate about the role of technology and data in improving lives
- A confident communicator with the ability to influence, inspire, and bring others on a change journey
- Skilled in training, coaching, and workforce development
- Comfortable working across complex organisational systems and partnerships
- Analytical with the ability to interpret and apply data to practice improvement
- Resilient and proactive in challenging barriers and driving innovation
