Overview
We are looking for a Sales Advisor on a permanent, full-time basis to join the Fortus gate automation division based in our Rotherham office. This is a key role as your focus will be responding to customer enquiries both over the phone and at the trade counter and working alongside the sales team to share and process customer quotations. If you have excellent customer service, and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, then this could be the career path for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers over the phone and email, as well as supporting customers over the trade counter.
- Manage the online orders, including eBay, and Roger Trade Centre customers. This involves reaching out to customers regarding unstocked or replaced items and coordinating with the correct suppliers.
- Organising training to be delivered to installers by our technical/sales team making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently in both the Rotherham and Letchworth offices.
- Collaborating with the sales team to share and process quotes.

Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
- Previous experience in a customer service/sales advisory role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience or knowledge within the gate automation industry is advantageous however not essential.
What we can offer you:
This is a full-time, permanent role. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5:00pm, 40 hours per week.
