TGB Construction & Landscapes is a family run company based in Tarporley, Cheshire that offer high quality driveways, patios, fencing and groundworks. We specialise in resin bound surfaces and are recommended installers of both Bradstone and Pavestone products.
The Team Leader role will be specifically responsible for leading and overseeing jobs from start to finish, taking ownership of deadlines, supplies and liaising with customers, designers and management.
Candidates must have:
- 5 years’ experience in all aspects of hard landscaping works preferred including: Groundworks, Resin Bound Surfaces, Setting Out, Brick & Block Work, Paving, Fencing, Turfing, Decking
- Ability to install hard and soft landscaping works to a high standard
- Responsibility for installations and the management of projects in a timely and efficient manner achieving deadlines
- Ability to interpret drawings & specifications
- Experience in supervision and monitoring site team performance
- Effective communication and coordination with the designer/directors/Project Co-Ordinator and customers
- Identification of training requirements within site teams and reporting to management
- Excellent eye for detail
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent Health & Safety Awareness
- Ability to lead a team
- Full driving license and transport to get to Tarporley
Licence to tow a trailer would be an advantage.
Uniform and PPE are provided.
