What's the role about?:

National Field Manager - PepsiCo

Join the Powerforce PepsiCo Partnership!

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £42,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company Car

Working: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Powerforce is expanding! Following a major partnership win with PepsiCo, we are building a high-impact team for a full-scale launch across the Away from Home channel in July 2026. Representing globally recognised brands, you’ll play a key role in helping PepsiCo create 'more smiles with every bite’ through the Snacks and Grains portfolio - building strong customer partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities.

Are you a visionary strategist ready to lead a national Away from Home team to success? Powerforce is looking for a National Field Manager to take full accountability for our field operations and standards. You will be the driving force behind our partnership vision, ensuring we hit every

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership: Define the national direction of the sales team, using data-driven insights to propose new initiatives and drive value.
Performance Management: Measure team performance against targets and develop turn-around strategies for any areas of underperformance.
Stakeholder Partnership: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the client’s strategy is communicated and brought to life within the team.
Operational Excellence: Implement consistent, best-in-class operational processes and ensure standard operating systems are embedded across the account.
People Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of managers, creating a culture of recognition and developing training schedules to suit individual needs.

What We’re Looking For

Channel Experience: Away from Home, Out of Home or HoReCa ideal
Proven People Leader: A track record of successful people management and a proven ability to increase field productivity.
Stakeholder Expert: Experience in developing and managing relationships with national-level client stakeholders.
Confident Communicator: Strong presentation skills with experience delivering clear, action-oriented messages to large, key customer groups.
Commercial Mindset: Advanced commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, reporting, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements: A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
