As we continue to grow our brand, retail products, catering services, and future locations, we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities.
Role Overview
The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of KOZZEE's marketing strategy across digital platforms, social media, events, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives. The role requires a creative individual with strong organisational skills, a passion for hospitality, and an understanding of modern digital marketing trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation
- Assist in planning and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
- Capture engaging photo and video content within the venue.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer interactions where appropriate.
- Support influencer collaborations and content partnerships.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Support the management of online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Help maintain website content and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Assist with SEO initiatives and online visibility improvements.
Brand & Customer Experience
- Ensure brand consistency across menus, promotional materials, signage, and online platforms.
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve guest engagement.
- Support the development of loyalty programmes and customer retention initiatives.
Events & Partnerships
- Assist in organising events, brand activations, and community partnerships.
- Coordinate with suppliers, influencers, photographers, and external agencies.
- Support the promotion of venue hire, private events, and catering services.
Marketing Administration
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
- Produce performance reports and analyse campaign results.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and digital marketing platforms.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience within hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with photography and videography for social media.
