Job Overview
We are seeking 2 dedicated and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinators to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the logistics and transportation operations within our organisation. This position requires strong supervisory skills, a solid understanding of warehouse management systems, and a commitment to continuous improvement in business processes. The Transportation Coordinator will ensure efficient shipping and receiving operations while maintaining optimal supply chain performance.

Duties

Supervise daily transportation activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain clear communication with team members and customers regarding transportation schedules and requirements.
Brief and de-brief drivers
General admin duties

Qualifications

Proven experience in logistics , with a strong understanding of business processes related to transportation.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
