Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team, in and across the Birmingham area.

As an integral part of our events, you will play a key role in ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and guest services, as well as those looking to develop their management skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all areas are prepared and presentable.
Assist with car parking, traffic direction and traffic marshalling across the duration of various events.
Provide a customer focused guest experience, helping with marshalling, directions and queries.
Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming attendees, and addressing any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events, including managing crowd flow and assisting with logistics.
Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and managing unexpected situations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
The ability to drive/facilitate your own transport is a bonus!
