Full job description

OverviewKey Responsibilities

Manage multiple roofing and construction projects from start to completion.
Take full commercial responsibility for project performance and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage project budgets, variations and final accounts.
Lead and support Site Managers to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company standards.
Identify opportunities to improve margins and drive business growth.
Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within roofing or construction.
Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains.
Excellent leadership, communication and client relationship skills.
Good understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety.
Full UK driving licence.
SMSTS (preferred).
