Full job description

We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking and highly organised individual to join our growing business as a Business Administration Apprentice, working directly alongside the Founder.

You will complete a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship, while gaining hands-on experience supporting the Founder and the wider business.

The long-term goal is for the successful candidate to progress into a permanent Personal Executive / Executive Assistant position, taking on increasing responsibility as they develop.

This is a unique opportunity to learn how a growing business operates while working closely with the Founder, clients and senior business contacts.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the Founder’s diary, meetings and appointments
Organising meetings, travel and business activities
Supporting the Founder with day-to-day business and personal administration
Preparing documents, reports and presentations
Managing files, records and spreadsheets
Communicating with clients, suppliers and business contacts
Helping coordinate projects and follow up on actions
Supporting business development and new opportunities
Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop

No extensive experience is required. We are looking for the right attitude, ambition and potential.

Because you will work closely with the Founder, you may be exposed to confidential business information and private conversations. Absolute discretion, confidentiality and trust are essential.

This Is Not an Easy Role

We want to be upfront: this is not a role for someone looking for an easy apprenticeship.

Working directly with a Founder can be fast-paced, demanding and sometimes unpredictable. You will be expected to work hard, learn quickly, take responsibility and occasionally go beyond your comfort zone.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, not simply complete an apprenticeship.

In return, you will receive direct exposure to senior-level business activity, valuable experience and the opportunity to develop into a trusted Personal Executive to the Founder.

The Opportunity

For the right person, this apprenticeship is the beginning of a long-term career.

As you develop, you will be given more responsibility and the opportunity to progress into a permanent Personal Executive / Executive Assistant role, with potential future progression into business operations, project management or senior executive support.
