Every memorable dining experience at the Royal Oak Hotel & Y Stablau in Betws-Y-Coed begins behind the scenes with our culinary team’s commitment to an efficient service and exceptional cuisine. With two restaurants, a bar food service, take-away and outdoor dining, you’ll be working in a busy, yet exciting kitchen working with fresh, seasonal, local ingredients, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn new techniques and put your ideas into our menus

The experience you’ll bring to the Chef De Partie role:

· We’re seeking a Chef De Partie with a background of working in a fast paced establishment who can deliver an exceptional service to each and every customer.

· Strong food preparation skills and confident cooking – and you’ll thrive under that constant time pressure and enjoy the challenge of a busy environment.

· An excellent team player, have great communication skills and set yourself high standards.

· You’ll need to have a high level of understanding and application of managing Health & Safety standards i.e. COSHH, Food Safety, Allergens and Hygiene regulations.
