Overview
We are seeking a Mac Operator and Office Assistant to join our team! This role combines digital design and printing with essential office support duties. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in print production workflows while supporting daily administrative tasks to keep our business running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Operate Mac computers using Adobe software for digital design, layout, and print preparation.
Prepare files for printing or digital use.
Assist in creating branding materials, and marketing content with attention to visual consistency and quality.
Provide administrative support such as taking calls and welcoming customers.

Experience

Preferred experience in digital design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), but not essential, training will be available.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
Customer service experience highly welcomed.
