Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Management Office-Based Professional to join our organisation. This pivotal role involves supporting executive leadership through strategic analysis, effective communication, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, multilingual capabilities, and proven leadership experience to drive organisational success. The position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to high-level decision-making processes within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Lead and supervise administrative teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Analyse organisational data and prepare detailed reports to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Facilitate effective communication across departments, translating complex information into clear messages in both English and Spanish.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and oversee follow-up actions to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
Manage multilingual correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
Support leadership in project management activities, tracking progress and delivering insights on project outcomes.

Experience

Proven management experience within a corporate or organisational setting, with supervisory responsibilities.
Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups effectively.
Strong analysis skills with experience in data interpretation and report preparation.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to facilitate bilingual communication.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Multilingual capabilities are considered a significant advantage for this role, supporting our organisation’s diverse environment. This position offers an engaging environment for a professional eager to utilise their management expertise while contributing to strategic organisational initiatives.
Experience within a day nursery setting
Early Years childcare full and relevant qualification or higher

Pay: £38,610.00-£42,120.00 per year
