We are looking for an all-round Print Finisher in our established and busy print company, to join our team working between 08.00 – 16.00 in our SE1 studio, with experience and proficient use of:
- POLAR Mohr Guillotin
- Laminator Matrix Omniflow 530 x 2
- Multigraf Touchline Creasing & Folding Machine
- CreaseMatic 150
- Horizon VAC 10 Bin Collation & Booklet Machine
- Morgana Die Cutter C6000
- GBC Magna Punch 2.0
- Renz 360 Wire Binding Machine
Role Objectives:
- Helping with day-to-day print tasks
- Cutting and material preparations
- Operating laminators, creasing/folding and booklet machines to make sure print material goes through correctly
- Crease, folding and binding of print and booklets
- Complete the final stages of the printing process, ensuring printed materials are transformed into finished products
- Hand finishing documents to a finished standard including binding
- Production picking & packing
- Liaison with supplier deliveries and couriers
- Keeping work environment clean & tidy
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Ability to work unaided and as as part of a team
- Must have good hand dexterity
- Good numerical skill
- Good attention to detail
- Practical, hard-working and confident
- Previous print finishing experience is advantageous
- Printing process understanding is preferred but not essential
