Telesales Manager – Fitter Windows

Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 Basic + Bonus + Performance Incentives
Job Type: Full Time

Fitter Windows is one of the leading home improvement companies, With high-quality windows, doors, bi-folds and shutters. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead our appointment-setting team and drive performance across our call centre operation.

This is not a sit-back management role. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can motivate, coach and inspire a team to consistently achieve targets while creating a positive, energetic and winning culture.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Managing the daily performance of the telesales team
Coaching staff through live and recorded calls
Improving conversion rates and appointment quality
Running daily team meetings and motivation sessions
Monitoring KPIs including contact rates, appointment rates and confirmations
Recruiting, training and developing new team members
Working closely with senior management to achieve company targets
Creating a positive and energetic environment where success is celebrated

What We're Looking For

Previous telesales or call center management experience a MUST
Proven track record of leading successful sales teams
Strong coaching and motivational skills
Ability to lead from the front and set the standard
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Results-driven mindset
