Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and professional Full-Time Carpet Cleaning Technician based in West Essex to join our growing team.
The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. In this role, you will deliver high-quality carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning services to both residential and commercial properties, ensuring customer satisfaction through attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate carpet cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Assess carpet condition and choose the most suitable cleaning methods.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice.
- Identify and confidently upsell additional services where appropriate.
- Travel to various job locations, ensuring safe transport of all equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools and work areas.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
Requirements
- Previous carpet cleaning or cleaning experience is a bonus but not essential — full training provided.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (English fluency required).
- A valid driver’s licence is essential (must be 25+ for insurance purposes).
- At least 2 years’ driving experience in London and surrounding areas and extremely confident driver.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Physical capability to handle manual work, including moving and lifting equipment (up to 60kg).

Working Hours:
5 days across 7: 9am to 5pm approx with paid travel time either side. We require some weekend coverage in the beginning until successful recruitment of a weekend technician.
