'Paint Sprayer and Prepper' is a vital role based in the UK, where you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our fleet of premium trucks. Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to excellence in the commercial vehicle sector. Starting wage dependant on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare trucks panels for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.
Apply paint using spray guns and other tools with precision.
Mix paints and primers to match specifications.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with minor repairs and touch-ups as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Follow technical instructions for different types of coatings and finishes.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a paint sprayer / prepper, preferably within the automotive or heavy vehicle industry.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
Ability to operate spray guns, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
Basic math skills for mixing paints and measuring surfaces.
Good physical condition with the ability to stand for long periods.
Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
