We are looking for a powerhouse leader who can step in, take full ownership of the daily operations, and inject unmatchable energy into our coaching team in Bromley. Your Primary Mission, Drive Business Growth: Take the reins of gym operations, member retention, and community growth strategy. Cultivate Ownership: Manage the facility like it is your own, streamlining systems and building a premier fitness environment. Lead the Floor: Deliver elite coaching experiences that keep members motivated, safe, and excited to return.

1. Management & Leadership (The Business Driver)
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily gym management, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
- Growth Mindset: Implement strategies to attract new members and keep our current community thriving.
- True Ownership: Solve problems proactively, bring fresh business ideas, and execute them independently
2. Coaching & Culture (The Spark)
- High Energy: Bring massive enthusiasm, presence, and motivation to every single class.
- Magnetic Personality: Connect authentically with athletes of all fitness levels, from beginners to competitors.
- Technical Mastery: Ensure safe movement patterns, provide actionable scaling options, and deliver sharp group management.
Experience
- Proven experience in sports coaching with a focus on CrossFit or functional fitness
- Demonstrable leadership skills with previous management responsibilities in a fitness setting
- Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate diverse groups of clients
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics relevant to effective training techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence and build rapport with members and staff alike
