Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant specialising in legal support to join our professional team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative assistance within our practice management department, ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities

Assist with compliance and regulatory administration support including tracking of complaints and breaches, AML, CQS, SRA, PII renewal, COLP/COFA and other compliance risks.
Legal Aid and Accreditation support including audits and reviews.
Assist with HR admin including onboarding of new staff, employee handbook updates and meeting notes.
IT system onboarding and maintenance of portal access for employees.
Liaison with IT providers.
Office equipment management.
Update website content and social media posts where necessary.

Skills

Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information accurately.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and effective communication at all times.
Strong IT skills essential.
Proven administrative experience, with a focus attention to detail.
Outstanding organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal management software is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Location

This is an office based role which could be placed in one of our Midlands based offices or our London office.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
