About the Role

Join us as a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) - the crucial link between patient dreams and their perfect smile journey. You’ll combine empathy with efficiency, sales with care, and support patients in saying "yes" to treatment plans that truly change lives. This is not a desk job: it’s a mix of face-to-face consultations, phone/video follow-ups, and digital engagement, covering the full range of our treatments.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct smile consultations and lead patients through their journey
- Explain complex treatments (Invisalign, veneers, whitening, implants) in a clear, friendly way Follow up and convert leads into bookings
- Work closely with dentists and the front-of-house team to ensure smooth care Smash monthly targets - and earn commission doing it
- Keep digital records, CRM systems and communications organised and on point Keep the patient experience first, always
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, customer service, or treatment coordination
- Experience in the dental practice environment
- Warm, friendly, and confident communicator - phone, video, face-to-face
- Goal-driven and financially motivated - you love a challenge and a target
- Tech-savvy (CRM systems, WhatsApp, etc.)
- An interest in aesthetic/cosmetic dentistry is a plus
