About MOVE
MOVE is a multi-brand health, wellness and fitness business based in Harrogate. The role works across all four brands:
- MOVE Physiotherapy – specialist physiotherapy and rehabilitation
- MOVE360 – personal training gym and fitness coaching
- Wild Side Studios – reformer Pilates
- MOVE Consultancy – mentorship and education for clinic owners
The Role
We're looking for a warm, organised and proactive Front-of-House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll be the face of MOVE - greeting clients, managing the front desk, and keeping the day running smoothly across all four brands.
This is a people-facing role at its core, paired with the administrative work that keeps a busy multi-site business ticking over. No two days look the same.
Key Responsibilities
Front of house
- Greet clients, members and visitors and create a welcoming first impression
- Answer phone, email and message enquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage check-ins and direct clients to the right service or practitioner
- Keep reception and communal areas clean, tidy and presentable
Administration
- Manage bookings, appointments and class schedules across all brands
- Handle payments, invoicing and basic financial admin
- Maintain accurate client records and update systems as needed
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
- Assist with diary management for practitioners and trainers
Across the group
- Act as a consistent point of contact spanning Physiotherapy, MOVE360, Wild Side and Consultancy
- Help coordinate communication between brands and team members
- Support day-to-day operations as needs arise
Hours
Monday to Friday. Hours will vary on a day-to-day basis depending on the needs of the business, so flexibility is essential.

Desirable
- Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience
- Experience in a health, fitness or clinical setting
