Join Our Team as a Salon Coordinator
Location: Bellissima Exclusive, Guiseley Position: Part-Time – 19 Hours Per Week
Bellissima Exclusive is looking for an energetic, highly organised Salon Coordinator to join our busy and fast-paced salon and skin clinic team.
This is a physically active role requiring excellent organisational skills, stamina, flexibility and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the salon, supporting both our therapists and reception team while helping to deliver the exceptional experience Bellissima is known for.
This is not a desk-based position. You will be on your feet throughout the day, working across three floors and two buildings, regularly using stairs and supporting multiple areas of the business.

- Ensuring treatment rooms remain clean, organised and fully stocked
- Managing housekeeping duties across the salon
- Organising treatment room allocations for clients and therapists

- Serving refreshments and looking after client comfort during their visit
- Checking clients have completed the necessary consultation forms before treatments

About You
We are looking for someone who:

- Loves working in a customer-facing role and delivering outstanding service
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their work
- Has the stamina to remain active throughout the working day
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and is happy to help wherever needed
Physical Requirements
Please note that this is a physically active role. The successful candidate will be on their feet for the majority of the working day, regularly walking between treatment rooms, carrying stock and supplies, and working across three floors and two buildings. Frequent use of stairs is required, so applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and capable of managing the physical demands of the role.
Hours & Flexibility
This position is for 19 hours per week, working:
- Monday: 9:00am – 9:00pm (including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Applicants must be flexible and willing to provide additional cover for staff holidays and sickness when required.
Occasional Saturday working may also be required to support holiday cover. As a key support role within the salon, reliability, flexibility and a team-focused attitude are essential.
Experience
A background in beauty therapy or hairdressing would be a huge advantage, as would previous experience in a salon environment. However, this is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
What We Offer
- Full training and ongoing support
- A friendly and professional team environment
