Full job description

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator & Case Progressor to be a key support for our property finance team. In this role you’ll help drive the smooth progression of finance cases from application to completion, ensuring excellent service for our clients and strong communication with all stakeholders. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and be motivated to contribute to our high standards of operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management & Progression

· Manage and progress a pipeline of property finance cases from application through to completion.

· Proactively monitor case milestones, chasing outstanding items to keep cases moving and avoid delays.

· Track valuations, underwriting outcomes, legal progress and completion timelines.

· Identify potential risks or delays early and escalate where appropriate.

Lender Applications & Documentation

· Prepare and submit accurate and complete lender application packs.

· Liaise with lenders, solicitors, brokers, valuers and internal teams to obtain required documentation and information.

· Prepare client packs, correspondence, internal reports and meeting materials.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

· Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

· Provide regular and clear progress updates to clients and stakeholders.

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with lenders and external partners.

Compliance, Risk & Quality Assurance

· Support new client onboarding, including KYC/AML checks and data entry.

· Assist with compliance processes, ensuring documentation meets regulatory and lender requirements.

· Ensure case files meet compliance, regulatory and GDPR standards.

· Support internal audits and quality assurance checks when required.

· Administration & Systems

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems.

· Support general administrative and office tasks, including scheduling and document management.

Skills & Experience

Essential

· Experience in an administrative, case management or coordination role, ideally within property finance, mortgages, estate agency, banking or legal services.

· Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

· Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
