Part-Time Florist – Bellapetals (Award-Winning Florist)

Bellapetals is an award-winning florist known for our elegant, handcrafted floral arrangements for life’s most meaningful moments. We specialise in bespoke wedding and funeral flowers, with a commitment to quality, compassion, and creativity.

We are currently looking for a part-time Florist to support our team in creating beautiful, thoughtful floral designs — particularly for weddings and funerals. If you have a creative flair, a caring touch, and some experience in floral work, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Summary

As a part-time Florist at Bellapetals, you'll assist with preparing and arranging flowers for sensitive and celebratory occasions. You’ll work closely with our team to fulfil client needs, contribute to our signature floral style, and help uphold our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing and preparing floral arrangements for funerals, weddings, and other events, based on customer specifications.
Handle flowers with care and attention to ensure freshness and presentation.
Support the team with order preparation, shop organisation, and general floral tasks.
Maintain a tidy and efficient work area, ensuring tools and supplies are in order.
Occasionally liaise with clients or delivery services to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

Some prior experience in floral design or arranging is required — especially with funeral or wedding flowers.
A good eye for design, colour, and detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, based on client demand.
Reliability, a calm approach under pressure, and a team-player mindset.
A genuine interest in flowers and the emotional significance they carry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Harrow HA3 8DN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Floristry : 1 year (preferred)

Work authorisation:

United Kingdom (preferred)
