Are you a creative visionary with a passion for impactful marketing? Saffron Building Society is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead the design, delivery, and effectiveness of our creative assets. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure our brand remains consistent, relevant, and modern, all while supporting our strategic goals and resonating with our current and future members.

What You'll Do:

As the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will own the end-to-end creative process—from the initial brief to final delivery and campaign review. Your responsibilities will include:

Creative Leadership: Oversee the design and optimisation of all creative assets, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outputs that align with our strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the organisation, balancing responsiveness with your creative vision to advocate for our brand at all levels.
Third-Party Management: Collaborate with agencies and printers to ensure all deliverables meet our high standards and adhere to regulatory compliance.
Insight-Driven Execution: Root all campaigns in customer insights, maintaining brand consistency while generating innovative ideas that support our strategic goals.
Performance Tracking: Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of creative initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation.

Channel Management: Proficient in managing various marketing channels for optimal engagement.
