About us

Emerald Landscapes is a landscaping business based in Cambridgeshire, providing a professional, innovative and friendly service covering all aspects of gardening and landscaping for all Residential and Commercial projects. We pride ourselves on the high standard of our work proven by a large customer base that we continue to serve year on year. We have maintenance, commercial and private contracts scheduled throughout the whole year. We offer competitive rates of pay and growth opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Working in commercial and private gardens/grounds
- Performing landscaping and labouring tasks such as digging and manual handling

- Assisting with excavation and remedial works
- Cleaning and maintaining garden tools and equipment
- Operating machinery

- Assisting with general ground working labourer duties as assigned
- Be willing to work with other landscaping team members as required

- Genuine pride in your work is essential

- Demonstrate proficiency in various landscaping techniques, including hard and soft landscaping, planting and hardscaping such as laying paving and patio's along with surfacing work.

- Interact with clients professionally, addressing their needs and concerns to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills must include:

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices

- Proficiency in a wide range of landscaping techniques, with a particular focus on both hard and soft landscaping.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening
- Ability to operate and maintain machinery, tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients

- Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Must have your own transport and the ability to commute as necessary
