Pharmacy Assistant

About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Pharmacy Assistant to support our pharmacy team. You'll help deliver excellent patient care, assist with prescription dispensing, manage stock, and keep the pharmacy running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to build a career in healthcare and pharmacy.

This is a part-time role working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00am–6:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

Support pharmacists with the accurate preparation and dispensing of prescriptions
Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory organisation
Provide friendly, professional customer service and advice on over-the-counter products
Maintain accurate patient records and handle information confidentially
Assist with prescription processing and general administrative tasks
Follow all health, safety, and pharmacy procedures
Work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to support patient care

What We're Looking For

Previous pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service experience is desirable
Good understanding of pharmacy operations and medication handling
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Professional, dependable, and committed to high standards of patient care
Pharmacy or healthcare qualifications are beneficial but not essential
