Job Summary

Telesales and Office Administrator

Location: Bristol

Hours: 18 hours per week (Mon–Fri, flexible daytime)

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Contract: 3 month probation; potential to progress to a permanent full time role based on sales growth.

We’re a well established Bristol based distributor , supplying industrial supplies to the engineering , manufacturing and construction industry , providing excellent service to our customers.

We’re looking for a confident, motivated individual to join our friendly office team — someone who enjoys speaking to customers, building relationships, and helping drive sales growth.

The Role

As Telesales and Office Administrator, you’ll play an important part in keeping the sales process running smoothly. You’ll make and receive calls, process orders, and help manage customer relationships. You’ll also support marketing activity, including updating social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products and offers.
Handle incoming calls and turn enquiries into orders.
Create quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders in Sage 50.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
Provide general office admin support — emails, filing, and coordination.
Post company updates, promotions, and product news on social media (Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn).

What we’re Looking For

Confident, professional telephone manner.
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales.
Experience in telesales, customer service, or admin (preferred but not essential).
Basic knowledge of Sage 50, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Comfortable posting and engaging on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Organised, reliable, and proactive.

What We Offer

£12.71 per hour.
Monthly performance bonus based on activity and results (details discussed at interview).
Supportive and friendly working environment.
Flexibility with daytime hours (20 hours per week).
Opportunity to progress to a permanent full time role if sales grow.
