Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or fish station
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Support junior kitchen staff through training and guidance as needed

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques across various cuisines
Experience serving guests or working in a customer-facing role is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
