Night Warehouse Shift Leader/Warehouse Team Leader - Lowfield Heath
Hours / shift pattern - 38.5 Hours Per Week, 4 nights on, 4 nights off, between the hours of 1800-0600
Salary - Competitive Annual Salary plus 12% management bonus & night premium
We’re looking for a motivated and supportive Warehouse Shift Leader to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, creating a positive team environment, and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.
As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in guiding and motivating a team to deliver excellent operational performance while maintaining high standards of safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading and motivating a warehouse team during your shift

Supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring targets are met

Coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential

Maintaining high standards of safety and operational procedures

Working closely with managers and other departments to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience

Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred)

A positive attitude with strong communication skills

Someone who enjoys supporting and developing others

Ability to stay organised and calm in a busy environment
