Overview

We are seeking a versatile and reliable individual to undertake the role of General Labourer. This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to contribute to a dynamic environment, supporting various operational functions across the organisation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism. Prior experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided to ensure successful integration into the team.

Duties

Assist with daily organisational tasks to ensure smooth operational flow
Support different departments with administrative and logistical needs
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Provide general assistance during events or projects as required
Respond promptly to requests from team members and management
Contribute to the upkeep of company facilities and equipment
Engage in ongoing training sessions to develop relevant skills and knowledge

Experience

Previous experience in a similar support or general assistant role is desirable but not mandatory
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new procedures
Basic proficiency in using standard office software and equipment
