Junior Sales Executive – Hartlepool
£25,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time | No Experience Required

Are you hungry to succeed, eager to learn, and ready to put in the work to build a long-term career in sales?

Our client are a growing logistics business based in Hartlepool, working with a wide range of clients across agriculture, commercial transport, emergency services, construction, and more. As part of their continued growth, they're looking to bring in a Junior Sales Executive to join the team and help drive new business.

No direct experience in sales? No problem. What we’re looking for is attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Contacting businesses across multiple sectors including agriculture, transport, emergency services, and commercial fleets
Building relationships with key decision-makers
Learning to identify opportunities and pitch our logistics solutions confidently and professionally
Working closely with experienced team members to learn the sales process from the ground up
Taking feedback and applying it to improve your performance over time
