Flourish are partnering with our client in Hartlepool. A UK leader in Fuel Card services, you will be responsible for driving the fuel card sales team performance as they continue to grow.

Team Leader – Fuel Card Sales (Hartlepool)

From our Hartlepool office, our Fuel Card division is expanding rapidly and we’re looking for a confident, driven Team Leader to help shape its future.

The Role

As Team Leader, you’ll manage a junior team of 13 Sales Representatives, with headcount set to increase as the department continues its strong growth trajectory. Your focus will be on coaching, motivating, and developing your team to hit ambitious sales targets in a lively call‑centre environment. You’ll lead from the front, bringing structure, energy, and accountability to a team that’s hungry to succeed.

This is a full‑time, office‑based role (Monday–Friday) in Hartlepool — perfect for someone who loves the buzz of an in‑person sales floor and knows how to build a winning culture.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership — Drive performance, set expectations, and support a growing team of junior sales reps.
Sales Coaching — Deliver ongoing training, call feedback, and development plans to elevate individual and team results.
Performance Management — Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and implement strategies to maximise conversions.
Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Collaboration — Work closely with senior leadership to support wider business goals.
