Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operative working the Night Shift and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various stages of storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Your energetic approach will help us maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems and mechanical operations while contributing to a thriving supply chain.

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload shipments using appropriate manual handling techniques and forklift equipment.
Manage materials handling processes to ensure accurate stock movement within the warehouse.
Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update stock records, and process orders efficiently.
Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring quality control standards are met.
Stock shelves and storage areas systematically to optimize space utilization and accessibility.
Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to maintain high standards.
Collaborate with team members during shipping & receiving activities to meet deadlines and operational goals.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, especially familiarity with picking & packing, stocking, and load & unload procedures.
Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift..
Good understanding of materials handling techniques and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail for quality control tasks and inventory accuracy.
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
