We have an opportunity for an Apprentice IT Service Desk Support Technician to join us at SNG.
You'll be part of our IT Service T eam , with an office base in Basingstoke.
The salary starts from £15,680 depending on your age and experience.

As a Trainee Service Desk Support Technician , you’ll provide first-line IT support to colleagues and be the first point of contact when they need help with technology.
You’ll learn how to identify and fix common IT issues, keep accurate records, and work with other teams to resolve more complex problems. Your role will help ensure colleagues can get back to work quickly and have a positive experience.
You’ll also spend time shadowing experienced analysts, including at the Tech Bar, to learn how to assess and resolve hardware and software issues.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll develop skills in customer service, problem-solving, and clear communication. You’ll also gain an understanding of how IT service teams work, including priorities, service standards, and continuous improvement. You’ll be trained to use tools such as remote support software and the organisation’s IT service system.
