Evie Willow is a team of experienced cabinetmakers and designers creating luxury bespoke kitchens, cabinetry, and furniture from our Oxfordshire-based workshop. Working alongside architects, interior designers, developers, and private clients within the high-end residential market, our work includes the design, manufacture, and installation of:

We are looking for a full-time, experienced Carpenter / Bench Joiner / Kitchen fitter to join our growing team.
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cabinet making or bench joinery
- Relevant qualifications in woodworking/joinery (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery
- A strong understanding of commercial manufacturing techniques
- A passion for high-quality craftsmanship with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to read and work from technical production drawings efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, focused approach when challenges arise
- Good communication skills, able to work well both independently and within a team
- Effective time management to meet deadlines and deliver work in full
- A flexible approach to working hours during peak periods
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- The legal right to live and work in the UK at the time of application
