Join Our Team as a QC Manager at Sudbury Silk Mills

At Sudbury Silk Mills, we craft luxury fabrics with passion and commitment to sustainability in the heart of Suffolk. We're seeking a dynamic and organised QC Manager to join our team and make a difference!

What You'll Do:

Lead and support the day-to-day Fabric Quality function within a specialist textile manufacturing environment
Coordinate quality priorities and decision-making to support manufacturing flow, delivery performance, and customer requirements
Work closely with Manufacturing and wider teams to strengthen communication, consistency, and problem solving
Support investigation of quality issues and help drive practical continuous improvement activity
Develop capability, confidence, and consistency within the wider Fabric Quality team through coaching and support

What You’ll Bring:

Experience leading or supporting teams within a manufacturing or quality-focused environment
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and make decisions under pressure
Experience working with quality control, inspection, or operational improvement processes
A practical, collaborative, and hands-on approach with willingness to learn within a specialist textile manufacturing environment
