Aftersales Warranty Administrator | Full Time | Permanent
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Warranty Support Administrator to join our busy Aftersales team.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in the motor trade, automotive administration, warranty processing, or insurance/claims administration who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting warranty claim processes, ensuring manufacturer requirements are met, and providing valuable administrative support to the wider Aftersales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the processing of warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure all claims are submitted accurately with the correct documentation, labour times, and supporting evidence
- Review repair orders and identify discrepancies or missing information
- Liaise with Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure accurate diagnosis and supporting documentation
- Monitor outstanding warranty submissions and follow up where required
- Assist with managing and resubmitting rejected claims
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting requirements
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Aftersales team
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration experience within the motor trade, automotive aftersales, warranty administration, insurance claims, or a similar environment
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literate, including Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within a dealership or automotive environment
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes
- Experience handling claims, compliance, or invoice checking
