The Role
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business, winning instructions, conducting valuations, negotiating offers and becoming a trusted adviser to buyers and sellers across Doncaster and the surrounding areas.
This is a highly visible role where you will be expected to become a recognised face of Moss Properties both online and within the local community.
You will be joining a business that expects high standards, rewards performance and supports ambitious individuals who are prepared to put in the effort required to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct residential sales valuations and market appraisals
- Generate new business opportunities daily
- Prospect for instructions through telephone outreach
- Door drop targeted marketing campaigns
- Follow up leads and nurture opportunities
- Convert enquiries into appointments and instructions
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Conduct accompanied viewings when required
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners and investors
- Create property video tours and social media content
- Represent Moss Properties professionally at all times
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Work towards individual and team KPIs
- Generate referrals for mortgages, conveyancing and lettings services
What We're Looking For:
You must:
✓ Be confident speaking to people face-to-face and over the telephone
✓ Have exceptional communication and negotiation skills
✓ Be highly resilient and comfortable dealing with rejection
✓ Be commercially minded and target driven
✓ Be self-motivated and proactive
✓ Be comfortable appearing on social media and video content
✓ Be willing to prospect for new business daily
✓ Have a genuine passion for property
✓ Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle

Hours of Work
- Monday – Friday: 10am – 6pm
- Every other Saturday: 10am – 4pm
