We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales/Customer Success representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with existing customers and seeking new accounts within one of 3 publications we manage within the flooring and Tile/Stone industry we serve. The role s contacting them via email and telephone to promote our products and services, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferable but not essential. Fluency in English is essential, with additional proficiency in Spanish/Italian considered a significant advantage. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a supportive environment.

Duties

Conduct outbound emails and telesales calls to prospective clients, engaging in B2B sales conversations to generate new business opportunities.
Manage existing customer accounts through personalized emails and follow-up calls, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilise CRM software such as Engine Shed to record interactions, update client information, and track sales progress efficiently.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
Maintain clear and professional communication throughout all interactions, demonstrating excellent verbal skills in English.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and improving overall customer success metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is highly desirable, but not essential, we can train you.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Engine Shed or similar platforms is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English;
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and handle objections professionally.
Previous experience working within a target-driven environment is advantageous but not essential. This role offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about sales and customer success, providing opportunities for professional growth within a supportive organisation committed to excellence in client relations.

Pay: £24,420.00-£42,082.82 per year
