Trinity Medical Centre is looking for full-time and part-time Patient Care Coordinators to join our dedicated team, supporting over 25,000 patients right in the heart of Hove.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.
As the first point of contact for our patients—whether over the phone, via email, or in person—you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Booking and managing appointments using our clinical system
Greeting patients and managing front desk enquiries
Handling patient queries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication

About You

You don’t need previous experience in general practice — we’ll provide training and support. What matters most is your attitude and approach.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is a confident, clear communicator with great interpersonal skills
Can stay calm under pressure and handle a busy workload efficiently
Works well both independently and as part of a supportive team
Is organised, reliable, and proactive

Shift patterns:

24 hours

MON 13.30-18.30

TUE 8.30-12.30

WED 12.00-18.30

THURS 8.30-13.00

FRI 8.30-13.00
