Full job description

We are looking for a kind-hearted and organised Practice Manager to join our dentalbox family.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our first-class dental practice in staff management and compliance.

Patients receive a comprehensive new patient registration with an iTero scan, clinical photographs and a written oral health report that gives them a detailed insight into their current dental health and then referred in-house to our dental team for the most appropriate care for their needs. Our focus is patient education and involvement and we're looking for a passionate, forward thinking manager to join our patient centred practice.

We are a small team, so flexibility and willingness to support one another is essential.

Responsibilities:

- The role will be based on the front desk so the ability to multitask is essential
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Clinic reception duties
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments
- Coordinate with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction
- Supervise and support clinic staff and associates
- Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Create and manage rotas & annual leave
- Assist with financial management, including practice income forecast, budgeting and expense tracking
- Manage HR compliance and Practice Meetings

Requirements:

Please only apply if you have dental practice management experience

- Proficiency in Dentally and Microsoft Office
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
-Strong CQC and compliance understanding
- Strong Dental Reception Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules
